The art of dance or popularly called "dance" is one of the most effective therapies to prevent stress and depression in many cases HELP to reduce fear of public speaking or shyness when addressing others, helping us to gain a better relationship and communication with the people around us.

One of the advantages offered dancing is the exercise that provides our body to do it, because through this our muscles are stimulated and internally benefits our bodies, thereby releasing toxins through sweat way that yields decline body mass (WEIGHT LOSS).

Dancing is not only considered a hobby, it is also used in other sports such as swimming, gymnastics and skating.
