DANCING AS EXERCISE.

Dancing is one of the most complete physical exercises. Dancing as exercise brings many benefits to your physical and mental health. When you dance regularly you are really doing the three types of exercise in one activity:

Dancing is a strength exercise, like lifting weights.

  1. It is very true what you expose yourself as the dance is a very practical exercise. I've actually heard that you get to dance burn calories quickly if you practice often.
