KICK BOXING

Currently kickboxing, is divided into 6 competitive rounds modalities divided into weight categories: semi-contact, light-contact, full-contact kickboxing and K1. According to the different federations or associations.


Semi-Contact: A mode of combat to the point where the two fighters fight with the aim of achieving score as many blows and their scores marked using legal techniques with speed, focus and concentration.
Light-Contact: The competitions are usually implemented with very well controlled, combined technical gestures. In the form of light contact fighters fight continuously until the central referee pronounce "STOP" OR "BREAK".
Full-Contact Kick-Boxing or American: The KBFC (Kick Boxing Federation of Champions) states that the form of full contact kickboxing Contact Light differs mainly in two important aspects; The first is that the VAST MAJORITY includes techniques of boxing, karate and taekwondo, but no blows open hand; and other techniques like fist rotation is included, and sweeps the legs. And the second, more important is the search for decommissioning combat or Knock Out (ko) of the opponent.
Kick-East boxing: Boxing includes shock, penetrating karate kicks and low kicks Thai boxing or muay thai.
K1: is given by the famous tournament of the same name held in the city of Osaka in Japan, which is the world's most famous tournament in the form of combat on foot, and pay more money to the winners.
